For I-9 Starter and I-9 Standard plans, once you sign up, you will get your login information in a matter of minutes. Upon login to the application, you can upload your company logo and then begin sending I-9s. Most customers are fully up and running in an hour or less. If you are using E-Verify, you will be contacted so we can link your E-Verify account, which may take a few days for E-Verify to process.

Yes, our network for trained I-9 agents includes in-person or virtual options for eligible employers.
The I-9 Anywhere service is our nationwide network of trained in-person or virtual I-9 agents. When you send Form I-9 for the new hire to complete, you will also have the opportunity to indicate if you would like to use the I-9 Anywhere service to complete Section 2. For in-person completion, new hires will be prompted to select the location, time, and date to meet with an I-9 agent to review documentation and complete their Section 2. If using our virtual completion option, new hires will connect with a trained virtual completer to have their Section 2 documentation reviewed via video call.
We have two online I-9 HQ plans available for immediate purchase, I-9 Starter and I-9 Standard. Select your plan and set your monthly new hire volume. That will determine the monthly subscription cost, which covers standard I-9s, access to reporting, access to task management, and other features.
All I-9 HQ plans get access to our nationwide network of trained I-9 agents for Section 2 completion. Appointments for I-9 Anywhere® remote completion cost $95 and are charged per appointment.
