I-9 HQ is built to support I-9 and HR processes and to help you follow the complex and ever-changing regulations from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In addition to those built-in I-9 tips to help with the I-9 process, task management helps you stay on top of actions required on your I-9s. We also help provide retention requirements for you, and we give you access to on-demand form tracking and usage reports.
We believe the employee experience is an important part of the Form I-9 process. We designed a mobile-friendly, easier-to-understand Form I-9 Section 1 tool, built a vast network of remote I-9 Anywhere authorized representatives, and included aids to help ensure your new hire can complete the form more quickly and more accurately.
Our I-9 Anywhere service uses a nationwide network of trained authorized representatives for Section 2 completion. When you send Form I-9 for your new hire to complete, you can choose to use the I-9 Anywhere service to complete Section 2.
Authorized representatives are available to meet new hires in person or virtually on a video call. For in-person completion, new hires will be prompted to select a location, time, and date that works for them to meet with an authorized representative. For our virtual completion option, new hires will connect with an authorized representative virtually to complete their I-9.
Once you sign up for I-9 Starter or I-9 Standard, you will get your login information to access your new I-9 HQ account. If you use our custom E-verify integration, we will reach out so that we can link your E-Verify account. It may take E-Verify a few days to process.

Yes, our network for trained authorized representatives includes in-person or virtual options for eligible employers.
All I-9 HQ plans have access to our nationwide network of trained authorized representatives for Section 2 completion. Each Section 2 completed with our I-9 Anywhere service is $95/appointment. I-9s completed with I-9 Anywhere do not count against your monthly allotment of in-house I-9s.
