Forms HQ allows you to build custom HR packets based on which forms you need to send which employees and when. Instead of sending multiple forms, you can send a single packet that includes all those forms.
A packet template is a predefined group of forms. Instead of having to build individual packets, you can create a template. For example, you can create specific packet templates for new hires, active employees, and separated employees.
A packet category defines which forms are included in a packet template based on employee type. For example, you can have a packet category for full-time employees and one for part-time employees.
When you sign up for Forms HQ, you can use our I-9 Anywhere service to outsource document verifications for Form I-9. New hires can complete Section 2 of their I-9s with our network of trained I-9 agents. Completed I-9s are stored within Forms HQ.
