Jen Hunter is a senior business leader at Equifax Workforce Solutions. As the product leader for Onboarding and Talent Solutions, she is responsible for leading the development of innovative, new products to help employers and background screeners complete verifications of candidates during the hiring life cycle. Most recently, she spearheaded the development of Equifax Workforce Solutions Talent Report™ Education and Talent Report™ Dates of Attendance. These solutions help HR professionals and background screeners more thoroughly verify a candidate’s employment and education history helping to enable more informed hiring decisions.
