After you sign up for I-9 Starter or I-9 Standard, you will get your login information to access your new I-9 HQ account. If you use our custom E-Verify integration, we’ll contact you so we can link your E-Verify account. It may take E-Verify a few business days to process.

Yes, our network for trained authorized representatives includes in-person or virtual options for eligible employers.

Our I-9 Anywhere service uses a nationwide network of trained authorized representatives for Section 2 or Supplement B completion. When you send Form I-9 to your new hire, you can choose to use the I-9 Anywhere service to complete Section 2.

Authorized representatives are available to meet new hires in person or virtually on a video call.

• In-person completion: New hires are prompted to select a location, time, and date that works for them to meet with an authorized representative.
• Virtual completion: New hires connect with an authorized representative virtually to complete their I-9. To choose this option, employers must be enrolled in E-Verify and in good standing.

I-9 Anywhere is available to I-9 HQ customers. There’s an additional cost to use our I-9 Anywhere service for each Section 2 and Supplement B you complete. Pricing varies across plans.
